Bernie Davidovics
Founder/CTO

Mr. Davidovics is one of the world’s preeminent experts in the field of application performance management. His 30 year career has been spent working with Wall St. and Fortune 500 firms developing solutions for capacity planning and network/application performance management.

Prior to founding SeaNet in 2001, he was the global head of Performance Management for Predictive Systems (NASD:PRDS), a leading network infrastructure services firm. At Predictive, he pioneered solutions for network performance management, usage-based billing, and capacity planning in the most rigorous Wall St. and Telecom service provider environments. Prior to Predictive, Mr. Davidovics was a consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies on performance management issues in their mission applications. Mr. Davidovics began his career on Wall St. at Chase, and later moved to Legent Corporation (NASD:LGNT – acquired by Computer Associates for $1.2B), one largest software companies focused on the management of enterprise-wide computer systems.

Mr. Davidovics has published numerous papers and performs speaking engagements on systems management, performance management and capacity planning.

John Jolly
Vice President, Operations

Mr. Jolly has more than 15 years of experience in information technology and performance management. He specializes in enterprise-wide simulation and capacity planning services. Mr. Jolly consulted with a major U.S. Congressional Chartered Federal Home Loan Bank and a Fortune 10 insurance firm on providing e-commerce capacity planning and data network trending services. He also provided telecom design and capacity planning services to top tier oil companies, as well as led efforts to determine the capacity of a major Las Vegas based casino and hotel resort's WAN backbone. Mr. Jolly was a principal network consultant for Predictive Systems. Prior to Predictive, he held network architecture and management positions for AT&T Global Information Solutions, Mellon Bank, and the U.S. Army.
